Call to create SCUtD driver key failed Call to create SCUtD driver key failed You are not logged in as the Administrator. During installation, Serialtest needs to install some system files, and Windows requires Administrator's rights to do so. Log in as the Administrator and rerun the installation, it should work fine. You do not need to be logged in as Administrator in order to run Serialtest, only to install it.
