FTS will sometimes crash the PC when capturing serial data (particularly at high rates of speed), due to a bug in the driver. Please download the file set attached to this and run it. Then follow the usual procedure for updating the drivers (instructions are included in this download, in the document "installing the fts serial driver.pdf") and reboot. |
