This part number is for existing or new users of Frontline’s NetDecoder™ software analyzer.

Control Network Engineers who are troubleshooting Industrial Ethernet networks such as Ethernet/IP (CIP), Modbus/TCP, DNP3 over TCP, PROFINET or CC-Link IE.

Existing or new NetDecoder™ customers should use this part number to purchase the Ethernet ComProbe as an optional hardware device to work with their NetDecoder Analyzer.

Note for current NetDecoder users: To use the Ethernet ComProbe with the NetDecoder™ protocol analyzer software you need NetDecoder version 10.4.5.0 or newer. Check your Premium Maintenance to see if you are eligible for a free upgrade. If your Premium Maintenance has expired, please contact our Sales team to renew your PM.
