Premium Maintenance
Frontline’s Premium Maintenance service is designed to optimize your
total Frontline product investment. With Premium Maintenance, you
will receive all software upgrades released during the maintenance
period for free! Serialtest includes 1 year of Premium Maintenance
in the purchase price. For more information,

(Note: If Premium Maintenance is purchased after
the product purchase date, the product must first be upgraded to the
then-current version before Premium Maintenance can take effect.)
Due to a significant number of new PCs not having PCMCIA
ports, beginning June 1st, 2010, the new releases of Serialtest
analyzer will only support the ‘RS-232 ComProbe II’ and the
‘RS-422/485 ComProbes’. The upgrades received from our Premium
Maintenance support after the above date will only support the new
ComProbes. Customers who are using the old PCMCIA interfaces are
encouraged to begin transitioning to the latest version 9.4.31.0 of
the Serialtest software and the new ComProbes which have USB
interfaces.
