NEW FEATURE: Network View
Ethertest’s new "Network View" enables you to see the statistics on specific nodes including communications traffic details and node information on all active nodes which are on the monitored side of the switch. Selectable views enable you to see Packets Transmitted and Received, Bytes Transmitted and Received, IP Addresses, MAC Addresses and more. You can even give each node a “User Friendly Name” (such as PLC#2, Pump Station #2, etc.). When the cursor is placed on a particular node a window opens up with even more node information. See the attached screen shot from the Network View Display.

ENHANCED FEATURE: Network View Refinement
In the newest version of the Network View we have moved some of the functionality to pull down menus versus tool bar buttons which made this display less overwhelming for new users.

To help get customers started using the Network View functionality, a training video is available. Click here to download video.

NEW FEATURE: "Right Click Filtering"
“Right Click Filtering” in the Frame Display, compatible with IPv6 ("Internet Protocol Version 6"), helps you very quickly transition the display into the filtered data that you want to view.

ENHANCED FEATURE: Updated Tool Bar Icons
As the result of customer feedback, you will notice in this version that Frontline has updated the tool bar Icons in most Ethertest displays. Some Icons have been changed to more closely represent their function.

ENHANCED FEATURE: Print Functionality
The new print capability gives you options for printing out information in Ethertest’s Frame Display.

Selecting options as shown in the above screen shot of Ethertest’s Frame Display Print results in a print-out as illustrated in the Print Preview screen shot below. You can also choose an option so the print-out below would include the decode information for each Frame number.
